Follow-up Information Resource Ministry
(FIRM)
The Champions Chapel of Faith International Follow-Up Information Resource Ministry serves as a crucial connection that maintains outreach and follow-up with visitors while regularly checking on members that have been away from church. The primary objectives are to improve communication with guests, Check-up on the sick and shut in, motivate visitors to revisit the Church, and bolster membership and retention initiatives.

Why It Matters

At Champions Chapel of faith the Follow-up ministry is a proactive effort by the department members to connect with new believers, first-time visitors, the sick and shut in and members that have been away from church for some time, offering support, guidance, and encouragement to foster spiritual growth and integration into the church community. This ministry involves various methods of contact, including in-person visits, phone calls, texts, emails, and handwritten notes, to build relationships and ensure that individuals feel welcomed, cared for, and connected to the church family.

The ministry aims to integrate new members into the church family by introducing them to others with similar interests and creating a sense of belonging.
-
Support for Members:
Visitation also extends to absent members, offering support and encouragement to those who are unable to attend services due to health issues or other circumstances.
-
Disciplemaking:
